We're hiring a hands-on HVAC leader to take ownership of our service department-someone who can lead technicians, drive performance, and keep operations running clean and efficient every day.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day leadership of the HVAC service team
- Scheduling, dispatch, and workflow across all service calls
- Preventative maintenance programs and demand service operations
- Technician coaching, training, and accountability
- Department performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Safety standards, compliance, and field execution
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting technicians with complex troubleshooting
- Keeping jobs on track, on time, and up to company standards
- Monitoring KPIs, reviewing invoices, and maintaining clean records
- Building a team culture centered on consistency, pride, and results
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years of HVAC field experience (service or install)
- Proven experience leading or mentoring technicians
- Strong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing)
- EPA Certification (required)
- A leadership style that balances accountability with team development
