LTC RN – Nights
\n
Provides nursing care to residents in a 144-bed facility serving Rehab, LTC, and Memory Care patients. Works as part of the nursing team to provide safe, quality, patient-centered care.
\n
Schedule: 8-hour nights, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM
Scrubs: Any color, scrubs required
Facility: 144 beds, average census 130
Ratios: RN 1:20–25 residents
Charting/Timecards: Kronos
\n
Important Requirements:
\n
- \n
- VT provisional license accepted, but fingerprints must be completed before start
- Proof of fingerprint receipt or appointment confirmation required
- VT licenses can take 6–8 weeks
- Provisional licenses will not be extended beyond 90 days
- No artificial nails
- 30-minute lunch is required and automatically deducted
- Must clock in/out within 7 minutes of scheduled shift

Orientation: 4 hours orientation + 4 hours dementia care/shadowing + 3 days employee shadowing.
