Park Avenue Healthcare is looking for Staff Nurses RN or LPN

We are seeking an energetic Nurses LPN/RN to join our team and uphold our high standards of resident care. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Sub-acute Care.

Job Summary:

· Providing for emotional and spiritual needs and for safety of patients.

· Notifying appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in condition of patient.

· Giving and receiving report.

· Performing nursing procedures for which the nurse is prepared

Qualifications:

· EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited, approved school of nursing. Current registration with State Board of Nurse Examiners.

· TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Will receive in-service training in special areas.
