Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license valid in the state of assignment
- Minimum of two years’ recent experience in Emergency Room settings preferred
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC); if not current, enrollment in an upcoming course is required before clinical orientation
- Strong proficiency with the Nursing Process and age-specific, direct patient care
- Skills in effective delegation and leading within interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations

- Provide direct patient care, guided by the Nursing Process and departmental standards
- Deliver care that is responsive to the needs of patients across all age groups
- Delegate and coordinate care among team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
