Available Shift(s): 6AM - 6PM | 6PM - 6AM
Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options
Sign On Bonus: Full-time $3,000 | Part-time $1,500
Position Status: Non-Exempt
About the Role
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident-centered care.
What You'll Do

Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.

Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.

Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.

Assist with toileting programs and related care.

Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.

Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.

Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.

Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.

Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
What We're Looking For

Current LNA certification in good standing.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.

At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.
