This is not just a caregiving role; it is a mentorship position focused on building real-world independence, planning purposeful activities, and expanding community connections.This individual enjoys:Drawing & cookingBuilding miniature cranesCollecting Matchbox carsYMCA, swimming, movies, & bumper carsTo help him build an independent life, you will assist with:Goals: Planning intentional, purposeful community activitiesIndependence: Prepping for his own apartment and finding a jobConnections: Introducing him to new opportunities and friendshipsCommunication: Non-verbal supportBoundaries: Prefers limited physical touch and lots of personal spaceReliable vehiclePatient, structured, and goal-oriented mindset
