Multiple full-time positions are available for Paraprofessionals and Behavioral Technicians, working across high school, middle school, and elementary levels. With 15 openings—4 in high school, 3 in middle school, and 8 in elementary—this is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact at any grade level. Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, behavioral technician, or similar role within schools
- Strong behavioral support skills and understanding of student needs
- Ability to collaborate with educators, therapists, and administrative staff
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students
- Willingness to work full-time and commit to a contract role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support students individually and in groups under the guidance of certified teachers
- Implement individualized behavior and academic intervention plans
- Assist in classroom management and promote an inclusive environment
- Help facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families
- Contribute to a safe and structured learning atmosphere
