Job Duration: 12 Months Contract – W2

Job Location: 267 Lowell RD., Hudson, NH 03051 (Onsite)

Note:

Job Title: Test Technician

Schedule and Shift: 9-80|1st Shift|08:00 AM

Teams Interview first then onsite for candidates selected to move forward in the process- Test Tech will test hardware, hands on at test work stations- may move equipment so they need to be able to lift 50lbs at a minimum - ( they are on rolling carts) debug, and procedure execution - Test Sets include servers, switches and clocks along with power supply 3+ years of experience needed

**Job Summary:

**

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team and contribute to our product quality assurance process. The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting activities on our products or systems to ensure they meet the required quality standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:

**

  • Perform various tests and inspections on products, equipment, or systems according to established test procedures and standards. Set up and calibrate test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurements.

  • Record test data, observations, and results accurately and promptly. Identify and document any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to analyze test results and make necessary adjustments or improvements.

  • Maintain and update test equipment, tools, and fixtures as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Participate in the development and improvement of test procedures and processes. Adhere to quality control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:

**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar role.

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of testing methodologies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Proficient in using computer software for data recording and analysis.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Understanding quality control principles and practices. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
