Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Cardiac Medical-Surgical Telemetry – New Hampshire

Start Date: December 15, 2025

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts; patient ratios 1:4 (days/evenings), 1:5 (nights); every other weekend required

Highlights:

• 23-bed Cardiac Medical Unit specializing in hemodynamically stable cardiac patients and post-procedural care
• Advanced telemetry monitoring with Allscripts EMR and medication scanning capabilities
• Diverse case mix including MI, heart failure, new onset AFib, cardiac catheterizations (radial/femoral), ablations, cardioversions, pacemakers, ICDs, and cardiac drip management
• Collaborative staffing model with charge nurse, multiple RNs, PCTs, and medical technicians on every shift
• Opportunity to work with advanced cardiac equipment including vein finders, continuous oximetry, and mechanical lifts
• Floating within similar acute care units only

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• ACLS certification required
• Demonstrated cardiac telemetry knowledge and experience
• Competency managing cardiac medical and procedural patients, including post-cardiac catheterization care
• Experience with cardiac drips (amiodarone, diltiazem, dobutamine, milrinone, insulin, etc.)
• Strong medical-surgical background with telemetry experience preferred
