Job Description
Sugar &amp; Spice Bake Shoppe in Windham, NH is looking for one baker to join our team. We are located on 13 Rockingham Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Weigh and measure ingredients</li>
<li>Mix and blend batter</li>
<li>Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed</li>
<li>Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain inventory</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment</li>
<li>Must be able to decorate cakes and pastries in a high volume cake shop</li>
<li>Must be able to handle buttercream,ganache and a variety of mousse based products.</li>
<li>Work week will consist of 20-40 hours a week depending on skill level and availability</li>
</ul>
 
 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Attention to detail in all aspects of baking</li>
<li>Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal</li>
<li>Experience as a Baker necessary</li>
</ul>
