Job Description 3D Printing Operations Technician — Dental Devices Why this role
- Build precision, patient-specific orthodontic products in a rapidly scaling 3D printing environment.
- Use modern tools and clear SOPs to ensure consistent quality from start to finish.
- Work in a clean, fast-moving, high-tech setting where your accuracy truly matters.
Your impact
- Run and oversee advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Apply SOPs and quality standards across each production stage.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect output; flag and resolve defects.
- Document production activity with complete, timely records.
Schedule & compensation
- Location: Wilmington, MA
- Pay: $20/hr
- Shifts: 2nd and 3rd
- Schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
What you’ll need
- Keen attention to detail; ability to follow detailed processes step-by-step.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
