AI & Practice Solutions Project Manager – Legal Technology

Join a top Am Law 50 firm driving innovation at the intersection of law and technology. In this role, you’ll lead litigation and discovery practice technology projects—enhancing service delivery, advancing AI adoption, and improving client outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the lifecycle of discovery and litigation technology initiatives.

• Partner with attorneys and IT teams to identify needs and deploy solutions.

• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven tools to improve accuracy and collaboration.

• Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts across practice groups.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to legal teams and firm leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years in litigation-related legal or professional services roles.

• 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or discovery technology.

• Deep understanding of litigation lifecycle, EDRM, and AI-driven workflows.

• Strong presentation, communication, and PowerPoint skills.

• JD preferred; PMP certification a plus.
