Job Description

Due to our continued growth, Romeiro’s Landscaping is hiring an Irrigation Technician to join our team. Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, accuracy oriented person and must have complete knowledge of irrigation installation, troubleshooting, service & repair.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex irrigation system.
Submit reports and records on conditions of irrigation systems.
Responsible for the inventory of parts, supplies and equipment.
Maintain irrigation systems including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with irrigation service.
Ability to properly use safety practices.
Ability to maintain records and submit reports on conditions of all irrigation systems.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to interpret irrigation plans.
Ability to inventory parts, supplies and equipment of irrigation systems.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions and to complete work assignments correctly.
