Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with minimal on-call
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr to $39.00/hr depending on experience

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a residential Service Technician
- Universal EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license and insurable record
- Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic accuracy
- Able to manage multiple service calls efficiently
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Strong customer communication skills
Preferred:
- NATE Certification
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled service calls
- Diagnose and complete approved repairs efficiently
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Communicate equipment issues clearly to leadership
