Qualifications:
- Active permanent Massachusetts RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Recent nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Comfort in fast-paced clinical environments and ability to adapt to different facility protocols
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Perform thorough triage, assessment, and documentation according to hospital standards
- Respond effectively to evolving emergency situations
- Maintain strict compliance with facility and regulatory policies
- Float as needed within designated facilities to support patient care demands
