  • Install and replace window and door units, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and functionality.
  • Mull and assemble window and door units both in the shop and in the field.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Accurately document all work performed, including materials used and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Service Coordinator and other team members to schedule and complete service appointments.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working order.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Take on additional functions and duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in window and door service, repair, or installation.
  • Strong knowledge of window and door systems and components.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work (bending, stooping, climbing).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred:

  • Technical training or certifications in window and door repair/installation.
  • Experience mulling and assembling window and door units.
  • Willingness to travel for service jobs and training (may include occasional overnight stays).

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay and benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, PTO, and employee discounts.
  • Consistent hours and supportive, family-owned company culture.
  • Opportunities for skill development and professional growth.
