Passion for Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes. If you’re looking for consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team that actually has your back, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Perks

• $21–$24/hour based on experience
• +$3/hour weekend differential
• +$3/hour overnight differential
• Weekly pay
• Mileage reimbursement, where applicable
• Paid training + paid orientation
• PTO, 401k, dental, and vision (for eligible employees)

Flexible Scheduling

• Part-Time and Per Diem available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Build a schedule that works for you
• Every other weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and transfers
• Follow personalized care plans

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background check
• Caring, dependable, and professional attitude

Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — we provide paid training.
