We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Performing computer background checks and gun registrations
- Counter Sales and helping customers with guns, ammo and shooting accessories
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Train and evaluate employees
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Stocking shelves
- Receiving
Qualifications:
- Applicant must possess and maintain a Massachusetts LTC (License to Carry Firearms)
- Gun and shooting sports knowledge
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and computer skills
- Strong leadership qualities
