Deliver expert nursing care as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide patient-centered care in Diagnostic Radiology, Special Procedures, Fluoroscopy, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and MRI.
- Manage patient monitoring and drug administration during radiological procedures, ensuring safety and emergency readiness.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures specific to interventional radiology nursing practices.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
- Educate patients and families while advocating for individualized care in alignment with patients rights.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (required for application).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with demonstrated experience in interventional radiology or diagnostic imaging nursing.
- Proficiency with Epic EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected emergencies during radiological procedures.
- Willingness to adhere to facility policies, including restrictions on block scheduling and local residency.
