Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create individualized service plans.

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring a tailored approach to each child’s growth.
  • \n

  • Monitor progress and outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, using data to inform practice and optimize interventions.
  • \n

  • Develop strong rapport with children and families to foster a positive, supportive environment conducive to learning and growth.
  • \n

  • Educate families on strategies and methods to enhance their child's development utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • \n

  • Adapt interventions to suit various learning styles and incorporate the Natural Learning Environment Practices in every session.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services.
  • \n

  • Administer evaluations with utmost precision and provide comprehensive feedback to families, offering recommendations based on best practices.
  • \n

  • Use coaching models and strategies for natural environment teaching to create effective learning experiences for children.
  • \n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily revolves around supporting infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. As a core component of our early intervention services, you will work with children exhibiting delays in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By partnering with families, you will help them navigate their child’s developmental journey, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and support systems.

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work.
  • \n

  • Current LICSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
  • \n

  • Valid driver’s license for travel to meet families in various settings.
  • \n

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for developing trusting relationships with children and their families.
  • \n

  • Ability to effectively adapt to diverse learning styles suitable to each child's individualized treatment plan.

  • Commitment to incorporating Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.

  • One year of experience working in early intervention settings or with children.
  • \n

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.

  • Preferred candidates will be bilingual, enhancing communication with a broader client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 80,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
