<h3>Job Description</h3>
We are a opening a new frameless cabinet manufacturing facility in Nashua, NH, equipped with state-of-the-art Homag CNC machinery. We supply multi-family and commercial projects throughout New England and are looking for an experienced Cabinet Shop Foreman to lead our production team.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise day-to-day cabinet shop operations and ensure production schedules are met.</li>
<li>Program and operate Homag CNC equipment.</li>
<li>Coordinate workflow from engineering to assembly and packaging.</li>
<li>Review and convert shop drawings into machine-ready programs using Mozaik and Cut-Rite software.</li>
<li>Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards across the shop.</li>
<li>Train and mentor production employees.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years of cabinet manufacturing or millwork experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of frameless (European-style) cabinet construction.</li>
<li>Proficient in Mozaik and Cut-Rite software.</li>
<li>Leadership skills and ability to manage a production team.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.</li>
