Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and effectively operate a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, bucket loaders, skid steers, and more.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed, hours worked, and locations.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned equipment and promptly report any issues to the Site Lead or department manager.
- Assist with non-vehicle-related tasks on-site to support operational needs as directed.
- Train new team members as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment and working on-site.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team and meet project goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and support team operations.
