Maintenance Technician
Location: Concord, NH
Company: Ciborowski Associates
Pay: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and skills

Ciborowski Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our properties well maintained and operating at peak performance. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in solving problems, maintaining high standards, and supporting a great work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Job entails maintenance and renovations on Ciborowski Associates properties located in downtown Concord, NH.
- Work with a small but great team either together or independently on renovations or repair items.
- Complete service requests promptly and communicate effectively with staff and tenants.
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working on routine building maintenance issues and office renovations.
- Required skills include good carpentry and drywall skills in addition to basic electrical and plumbing skills.
- Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally work at heights, including climbing and working on ladders up to 20 ft
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching overhead during maintenance tasks
