About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale commercial construction projects ranging from 35M to 120M. This role provides full administrative and technical direction across all phases of project delivery and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of project delivery including estimating, cost management, scheduling, subcontract negotiations, and client management
- Build strong, proactive client relationships and communicate schedule, contract, and change order updates
- Lead construction scheduling and monitor progress with field teams and subcontractors
- Oversee value engineering, staffing projections, budget forecasting, and risk management
- Support corporate safety initiatives and ensure project compliance
- Provide leadership on fast track, multi phased projects and maintain alignment with senior management
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing large, high risk commercial construction projects
- Strong technical background in estimating, preconstruction, operations, and project accounting
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of MEP systems and complex structural work
- Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
