General Summary

The Manufacturing Excellence Program Manager will create, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient and effective operational processes. This role ensures people, systems, and processes are aligned to meet and exceed revenue targets and achieve business objectives. Lead change management to design, revise, and/or deploy optimizations, including but not limited, to automation, process, pricing, quality, planning, and flows by working collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to achieve best in class strategies, processes & systems related to manufacturing success including, but not limited to, quoting, pricing, order entry, order changes, ramp, supply chain, product defects, and quality programs.
  • Design data-driven tools and systems to monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies ensuring measurement metrics align with company objectives; monitor success and address areas of improvement.
  • Develop goals to support broad functional objectives across processes to support functional infrastructure, with attention to cost effectiveness, economy of scale, and revenue maximization.
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing and quality operation, including automated data transfer, through lean principles and waste reduction.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to track overall performance and take systematic actions to consistently achieve goals and objectives.
  • Apply experience program and resource management skills to innovate and communicate continuous improvement standards and processes.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance of team members.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement and translate business requirements for foundry operations into technical project deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives that will enhance the REI brand and meet revenue targets.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required
  • A minimum 4 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing, change management, project management, and/or process improvement; or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous people-leadership experience helpful.
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritize complex tasks, lead change, solve problems, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent proficiency with oral and written communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders to achieve best-in-class outcomes, including individuals across various languages, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrable skill with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint; essential ability to manipulate pivot tables and V-Lookup.
  • Comfort in working independently with little to no direct oversight and proactively with high accuracy in demanding situations.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems, SaaS solutions, and other enterprise software helpful.
