Duties:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.

Provide basic medical care such as medication administration and phlebotomy as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.

Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection during procedures.

Lift and transfer patients safely, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Support children with special needs or medical conditions, demonstrating patience and understanding.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Ensure that all Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is properly utilized and maintained.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred.

Previous experience in a hospital or inpatient setting is highly desirable.

Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is beneficial.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Ability to lift heavy loads safely and assist patients with mobility challenges.

Experience working with children in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in medication administration and phlebotomy techniques.
