- Licensed Registered Nurse with a current Massachusetts license.
- Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions required.
- Inpatient Psych experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in management and supervisory nursing role; most recent 3 of the last 5 years of leadership must have been in a direct leadership role in a hospital setting or direct patient care environment required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- BLS, ACLS from AHA.
