Responsibilities:

• Coordinate services for students with special needs and ensure theyre receiving appropriate support.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans.

• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed.

• Provide resources and guidance to students and families to enhance their educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Active State Licensure or Certification in New Hampshire.

• Previous school-based experience in a case management or related role.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12

• Hours per Week: Full-Time (35-40 hours)

• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

Contract Duration:

• Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
