ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of educational staffing services, dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time compassionate School-Based Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team in New Hampshire. This position offers a supportive and collaborative environment, where you can make a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Position Overview:
As a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) with ProCare Therapy, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students within a school setting. Collaborating with students, teachers, parents, and other school staff, you will develop individualized therapy plans that enhance students' educational outcomes and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy plans based on assessments.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.
  • Track and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions on student goals and progress.
  • Educate and advise staff and parents on strategies to support students' therapy needs.

Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred.
  • Strong skills in assessment, communication, and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
