What You'll Do
- Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on luxury residential remodeling projects.
- Oversee job site logistics and daily scheduling to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and crew members.
- Perform high-quality installations with attention to every detail.
- Manage punch lists and ensure projects meet Feinmann's standards of excellence.
- Enforce site safety and mentor team members in best practices.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Background in high-end residential remodeling preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and project specs.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and full tool set.
- Detail-driven, quality-focused, and proud of your workmanship.
