Job Description

This hands-on role leads complex troubleshooting, system integration, and automation projects while mentoring other technicians, ensuring compliance, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, and IT to enhance efficiency and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive process automation and MES workflow optimization.
Configure and troubleshoot MES and reporting tools.
Lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Quality, and IT.
Ensure compliance with ISO/FDA and internal standards.
Train and mentor Technicians I–III.
Lead testing, troubleshooting, and equipment repair activities.
Support design changes and provide technical assistance to operations.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred.
6–8+ years progressive technician experience.
Expert MES configuration and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
Fixture/jig design experience; project leadership a plus.
Familiarity with ISO or FDA environments preferred.
