  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records to support laboratory operations.
  • Perform final quality reviews of documentation, paperwork, records, and operational activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • 1-3 years of experience in laboratory operations, logistics, inventory management, shipping/receiving, manufacturing operations, or a related environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing documentation, inventory, operational workflows, or quality records.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment where accuracy and compliance are critical.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ERP experience (SAP preferred but not required).
  • Hands-on laboratory experience, including pipetting, media preparation, specimen/sample processing and handling, and operating laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Experience supporting biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical, environmental, or manufacturing laboratory operations.
  • Understanding of quality systems, SOPs, and documentation best practices.

Work Environment

The position is 20% laboratory-focused and 80% on the operations side. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in operations duties associated with an industry lab, such as the completion of batch records and Certificates of Analysis, performing quality control, and equipment and machinery monitoring.
