Job Description:
- Prior agency and/or consulting recruiting experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools
- Direct sourcing experience
- Cold calling experience
- Ability to recruit for AI engineering roles
- Strategy& recruiting experience is a plus
- Agile, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Data-driven, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Negotiation experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum Educational Requirement: High school diploma
