Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Vernon, VT area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide PTA services under established plans of care
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- VT Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Pending licensure
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
