Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry. This role requires deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a strong understanding of wealth management, sales distribution, and insurance business models. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and effective collaborator who can bridge business needs with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, tailored to wealth management, insurance, and distribution channels.
- Lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Design and optimize client lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, relationship management, policy servicing, and advisor enablement.
- Integrate Salesforce with core financial systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure platform security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC).
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years with Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven experience in wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution domains.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or FSC Accredited Professional.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advisor platforms, CRM, policy administration systems, and distribution enablement tools.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
- Background in enterprise architecture or solution architecture within financial services firms.
- Agile delivery experience and familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. Copado) and CI/CD pipelines.
