Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of radiology experience and current ARRT and Massachusetts state licensure.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a hospital-based Cat Scan department performing a variety of CT procedures
- Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Serve a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatric patients
- Utilize imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Able to insert and remove IVs as part of regular duties
- Use the Epic EMR system for charting and documentation
- Responsible for performing CT scans and related tasks under physician and technical supervision
- Must have awareness of the needs and behaviors of adult and older adult patients
- Flu vaccine required; medical and religious exemptions not accepted
- Scrubs or dress code per facility requirements
- Parking may require payment and is subject to availability
- Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the hospital and will receive a lower pay rate

- Minimum of 1 year of radiology experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Active MA license issued by the State of Mass Radiation Control Board required; conditional licenses not accepted
- Current ARRT registration as RT(R) or RT(N) required
- ARRT registry in Computed Tomography preferred; if not certified in CT, must obtain within 1 year
- Current BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
- License required if applicable
