Rebuilding First Responders is a specialized mental health and addiction treatment program exclusively for veterans and first responders, located in South Easton, MA. Joint Commission Accredited and dually licensed for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, the program is designed and operated by a team of licensed clinicians with firsthand experience as police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and veterans. Tailored programs address trauma, substance use, moral injury, PTSD, and occupational stress through evidence-based individual therapy, group sessions, and day treatment options. The facility is fully separate from the general population, ADA-compliant, and provides culturally competent care.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role (high potential for evolution into full-time) for a Mental Health Clinician at the Rebuilding First Responders Program in South Easton, MA. The clinician will provide individual therapy, facilitate group programming, and support clients dealing with trauma, PTSD, substance use, and other behavioral health challenges unique to first responders and veterans. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating case management services, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, client-centered care.
Qualifications
- Background in Social Work and Case Management
- Professional expertise in Psychology and Behavioral Health
- Experience in Family Therapy and trauma-informed care
- Licensure in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with veterans or first responders is highly preferred
- Commitment to providing culturally competent and evidence-based care
- Master’s degree on Master's track in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field,
