Compensation:

• Hourly base pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
• Uncapped commission + Weekly bonuses
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $25,000 to $35,000+ per year (based on performance)
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Create a positive dynamic in-store environment to engage both customers and team members.
• Drive individual and team performance through competitive sales strategies and coaching.
• Support training for of new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain order and ensure compliance with store procedures, policies, and rules.
• Act as the main point of contact for in-store mobility promotions and ensure a strong brand presence.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a highly outgoing and engaging personality.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to motivate a team toward shared success.
• Able to maintain organizations and follow established procedures.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, especially in team-oriented roles.
