Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite with limited remote flexibility

Compensation: $75,000 – $170,000 annually (based on experience)

Experience Level: Early Career / Intermediate (1–3+ years preferred)

Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen required

Clearance: Active TS/SCI DoD clearance preferred

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Develop and model complex system architectures using standards-based approaches including SysML.
- Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiatives including architecture modeling, system design, and analysis.
- Evaluate and compare alternative architectures using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Analyze large solution spaces and identify optimal technical approaches.
- Identify uncertainties, risks, opportunities, and impacts associated with system architectures.
- Support requirements management, interface management, and architecture change processes.
- Translate engineering analysis into clear technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on advanced technology projects.

Required Qualifications
\n

- TS/SCI DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience with product development, systems engineering, integration, or technical projects.
- Experience developing or documenting system/application designs.
- Experience using modeling languages such as:
- Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply engineering skills to complex technical domains.
