We’re hiring a driven Production Technician to power production, maintain quality, and keep operations moving at full speed.
What You’ll Do as a Production Technician
- Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed production equipment
- Keep production flowing as a top-performing Production Technician on fillers, labelers, palletizers, and more
- Track and record downtime, output, maintenance, and quality metrics
- Perform hourly quality checks to ensure top-tier product standards
- Inspect raw materials before loading
- Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and leadership
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes like a true Production Technician pro
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Execute with urgency, precision, and pride in your work
What Makes You a Strong Production Technician
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments (preferred)
- Mechanically inclined Production Technician mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Solid communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft; SAP a plus)
- Forklift experience preferred (training available)
Physical & Work Environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Work in temperature changes and fast-paced production settings
