Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing
•Support PMs and Supers on large-scale multifamily projects (typically $25M–$75M)
•Help manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and day-to-day project documentation
•Coordinate with field staff, design teams, and subcontractors
•Assist with procurement, buyout, scheduling, and owner communications
•Learn division processes and prepare for a future step into a PM role
What You Bring
•2–5 years of APM or PE experience in commercial or multifamily construction
•Familiarity with wood frame, podium, or mixed-use residential projects
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project tasks
•Experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
•A proactive attitude and interest in long-term career growth
