Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday (7am-5pm)

Duration: Temp - perm

Position Overview

Seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Technician to support automated circuit board production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment used in the production of electronic components and assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated production equipment used in electronic assembly processes
• Load and replenish component materials during production runs
• Monitor equipment operation and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
• Assist with manual placement of electronic components when required
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
• Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Communicate production issues and support continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
• Experience in electronics assembly or automated production environments is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
