Responsibilities:
- Overseeing lease administration and working through the lease team with existing and new leases
- Coordinating negotiations with other departments
- Challenging received CAM's
- Interfacing with property ownerships and management terms
- Analyzing lease agreements and financial terms
- Negotiating terms for lease agreements and renewals
- Communicating with various teams and departments throughout the negotiating process
- Working through TI costs/percentages within leases for new spaces for stores
- Communicating with Legal Counsel as needed
- Working through process of expansion for various stores
- Managing lease revisions
- Coordinating all lease documentation with Administrators
- Creating financial reporting and analyzing potential transactions
- Working with VP of Real estate to analyze real estate strategy

- Strong analytical skills
Must Have:
- BA or BS
- 5+ years in commercial Real Estate Management - retail experience desired
- MS Office
- Solid financial analysis
