As a Site Superintendent, you'll serve as the boots-on-the-ground leader, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work meets our high standards, and supporting Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This hybrid role blends field leadership with administrative coordination, ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge who's ready to grow into more management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for residential renovation and addition projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and jobsite logistics
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code compliance standards
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and project documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of residential construction experience (renovations/additions preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and site safety
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Tech-savvy with construction management software or CRM experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Full time position
- Competitive pay at $75,000 to $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
