Two licensed Occupational Therapists are needed on a contract basis to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) on-site for the upcoming school year. Flexible opportunities are available, including full-time roles up to 37.5 hours weekly or part-time options at approximately 20 hours per month. The school district will reimburse travel expenses to and from Claremont, NH, at the applicable IRS mileage rate, making it convenient for commuting professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver required on-site clinical supervision for up to two assigned COTAs per OT
- Provide an estimated 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month
- Complete all necessary supervision documentation and related administrative tasks
- Collaborate with district staff and COTAs to ensure effective therapy services and compliance
- Partner in the support and ongoing development of COTA skills within the school district
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for New Hampshire (required)
- Experience providing supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Background in school-based occupational therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively document supervision activities
