Job Description:
Performs process operations including but not limited to:
Drug Product: Formulation, Filling, Crimping, Visual Inspection, Labeling/Packaging
BSM: Weighing, pH, Centrifugal Filtration, Lyophilization, Milling, Calcination, Cleaning
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Read, understand and follow detailed written procedures
• Maintain records in and out of clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements
• Ability to cross train in all manufacturing environments
• Exposure to areas that require understanding of SDS and use of PPE to ensure safety
• Perform 5S activities in the area.
• Maintain training in LMS

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
• Communication skills with ability to interact effectively with lead and/or supervisor.
• Ability to follow instructions from Lead and/or Supervisor
• Must be able to meet all technical and physical requirements of primary job function
• Understands Zimmer’s Quality System including strong familiarity with Measurement Instruction Sheet layout and purpose, and Zimmer’s Compliance Policies
• Advocate of Zimmer’s core values and behaviors
Education/ Experience Requirements
High School Diploma, At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
