Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Holyoke | Holyoke, MA $45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke. You'll help residents overcome movement challenges following illness, injury, or a hospital stay, with care focused on their individual recovery goals.
What You'll Do

Assess residents' functional abilities and establish measurable therapy goals
</li>
<li>
Design treatment plans addressing mobility, strength, and balance
</li>
<li>
Provide gait training, transfer practice, and therapeutic exercises
</li>
<li>
Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement strategies
</li>
<li>
Monitor progress, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
