Catholic Charities (CCFR) is committed to improving the quality of life for those in need by providing comprehensive social and human services. The accountant is a key member of the finance team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer; he/she will maintain overall responsibility for several accounting and compliance requirements. The accountant plays a vital role within the Finance Department, responsible for supporting the organization's fiscal health. This position requires a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining strong internal controls and accounting accuracy.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of GAAP and government accounting standards, coupled with leadership skills that inspire teams and foster strategic growth. The accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
