Joina rapidly expanding hospitalist group dedicated to providing high-quality,patient-centered care in short-term nursing facilities in Medford, MA. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitionersand Physician Assistants to support our mission, helping to enhance patientoutcomes and overall care experience in a collaborative environment.

ScheduleFull-time Monday –Friday 9am – 5 pm no call no weekends

Compensation&amp; Benefits: $120,000- $200,000 potential. Full benefits package
Requirements:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ValidNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Nationalcertification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or PhysicianAssistant
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experiencein geriatrics, primary care, or assisted living settings is preferred
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport withpatients and facility staff
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Abilityto work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient careneeds
