We are seeking a motivated and compassionate chiropractor to fill our Associate Doctor role at our busy family practice in Stow, Massachusetts! At Stow Family Chiropractic, we have a caring team that runs the office like a well-oiled machine so that our clinical team can focus on the patients. The best candidate for our office is someone who has a learning mindset and would value working with a highly-skilled chiropractor with 23-years of experience building a successful practice. Dr. Todd sees an average of 215 patients per week and provides holistic, patient-focused treatments through customized chiropractic care, including supporting modalities, such as spinal decompression (KDT Technique), cold laser therapy (Erchonia), custom orthotics (Foot Levelers), and therapeutic exercise. We also use state-of-the-art technology such as digital x-rays (on-site), surface EMG and digital 3-D foot scans.


We are open to hiring a recent graduate OR an established chiropractor who is looking to work closely with an experienced mentor to refine and grow their skillset. Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts Day 1 consults/exams
  • Administers chiropractic adjustments and supporting modalities (decompression, laser, muscle stim, ice, heat, etc.) during patient visits to promote health and healing
  • Conducts re-exams
  • Conducts focused patient consults between re-exams as needed (decompression, orthotics, corrective pillow, laser, SI Belt, therapeutic exercise)
  • Administers therapeutic exercise
  • Manages administration and notes
  • Leads/contributes to special projects (includes strategic and operational planning, work process improvements, etc.)
  • Engages in personal and professional development


Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Doctorate of Chiropractic from an accredited college
  • Successful completion of national boards and MA licensing
  • Holistic and passionate about patient-care
  • Has a learning mindset and an interest in self-improvement
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates follow-through
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of/experience in process improvement a plus
  • Highly motivated person that would love to be part of a team that is helping many get healthy and stay healthy


About Location

Stow Family Chiropractic is a family practice located in Stow, Massachusetts. Stow is a small town in the heart of Central Massachusetts that is known for its apple orchards, golf courses and walking trails. Though the area itself is quaint and family-oriented, Stow is located only 20 miles outside of Boston and is easily accessible to all that New England has to offer such as skiing in the White Mountains and visiting the picturesque beaches of coastal New Hampshire and Maine. Our practice serves patients across 10+ towns and thanks to our organic patient referral system, we’ve become the flagship chiropractic office for many different communities.


Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30am - 6:30pm

Wednesday: 10:30am - 6:30pm

Monthly planning meetings on Friday mornings

Wednesday and Friday morning training sessions to start
